The staff there is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are walking through everything step by step. Every interaction has made me feel important and genuinely cared for. *UPDATE* While the staff remains to be knowledgeable, I would not recommend the law firm anymore. I no longer feel like I matter at all. It can take days for someone to respond. Finally got a chance to actually speak with my lawyer and she was nothing but rude on the phone. She refused to listen to my concerns and told me that she is the lawyer and I don't know what I am talking about.
