The guys are at Newcastle Hand Car wash, are amazing, they made my look like new in less than 24hours. They are fairly priced and customer service is always professional. It’s always a pleasure.

I've been going to this place for years, but this time the price was ridiculous. I decided to go ahead but for $160 I would expect the windows to be cleaned and the seats to be vacuumed properly

I've been going to this place for years, but the price is always different and increases. The quality of work is very poor the prices keep going up. I'm talking about thr bare minimum standard, my windows aren't wiped, the steering wheel didnt get a wipe over. I had spots that not been wiped down, to the point of my door hand didn't even get a wash over. Also the lady in there could use a smile and as that place isn't very welcoming. We need another car wash in Newcastle that has pride in there work.

I recently used this car wash service for a full detail of two company vehicles. Their service and car detailing exceeded our expectations. They offered a concierge service, where they came to my location to collect each vehicle, saving me time and uber fees. Mohammed was punctual and professional, collecting and returning each vehicle. He meticulously cleaned every inch of each vehicle, leaving the exterior gleaming, while the interior was spotless and smelled fantastic. I also appreciated their use of eco-friendly products. Communication was seamless throughout the process, and the booking system was easy to navigate. The price was reasonable, and was reflected in the excellent quality of service, which was also very convenient. I highly recommend Mohammed and his team. We will be back. Thanks !! ☺️

I have been getting my car washed here for a while now. Good at doing their job. Accommodating if need more touch ups or cleaning and reasonable price as well. Definitely recommend you to try them if you haven’t done yet.
