I wish I could give zero stars. Warning to Worcester clients, avoid this company. Kimberly and her staff are at best uninformed about the units/companies they are representing, and at worst, misrepresent the situation until the application is already submitted. We would have never moved into the unit we signed up for had we known that 1. The real estate agent we were working with was not part of the management company for the buildings we were seeing. 2. That absolutely no parking was available, and the waitlist estimate time is "unknown"- leaving us without parking downtown. Kimberly suggested street parking which is highly limited. We genuinely have no idea how we are going to get to and from work on a day to day basis- with no idea of how long we will have to do so. Also, this company was flagged by my bank when I attempted to Zelle them first months rent. This is because Zelle is not meant to be used from business to person. Kimberly said it was because "banks didn't like how many transactions were being sent." She listed two banks that wouldnt process through Zelle with her company. Mine was neither of the two. Their practices are alarming. Beware

Ms. Kim Donavan was awesome! Desperately looking for an apartment in Boston after moving from Miami, she did a wonderful job with finding a beautiful affordable apartment in great location. She also helped out to reduce the price. Kim is very responsive, genuinely care and ensure her clients are settled correctly. Thanks a lot Kim!

I moved to Boston for work and started looking for a place to live after week in the city. I used the typical apps like Zillow and Trulia and somehow got lucky enough that Kimberly Donovan reached out to me about a property I was interested in. She replied to me very quickly and was always super sweet and helpful. She made time to adjust to my schedule to come out and show me some properties and also had video walkthroughs if that made things easier for me. She eventually got me a great deal and even helped me set up utilities and stuff. I am so thankful for her and all that she did.

Incredible People. Great company. If you need a place, I’d highly recommend them. After 25 days of trying to find a good apartment to live that has reasonable distance to my commute area, affordable and in good standing— It was really hard to find one— I’d apply for a place, get promised by the realty that it’d go through and then the landlord disapproves. For reasons unstated. Not with Mr. Abdulaziz Turkan— he showed me the place. We put the deposit early— and in 3 days (right after weekend) we were move in ready. I am very thankful to Abdulaziz because finding a good place to satisfy one’s requirement especially around greater Boston area is not easy. The process was very professional. He knows how to work with International Students on I-20– and is a great guy overall. I’d highly recommend NextGen Realty to my friends and family. Great experience!

Darsh was great! My friend and I recently signed an apartment in Boston with his help. He was very responsive and organized a few tours quickly, making the overwhelming rental process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
