This place is a mess. No one communicates with each other or you. They lost my initial quote. When I finally brought it in they called me with so many issues, not even able to get the wheel off without ruining the wheel. From there they weren’t able to get the piston to compress in. It had just snowed and there was tons of salt everywhere. But they assured me it was not just salt and that I’d have to get new calipers. Thank god I told them to put the front brakes back on. I took it somewhere else and they had no issues an all and I was in and out in an hours and a half! If you have a fiat and need work, go to Tyres Auto in timonium! They’re the best!

Even though I did not have an appointment, they solved my problem by removing the splashguard.

If I could give 0, I would. Customer service was awful. But I’m very grateful that Christy was rude bc she saved me a lot of time, hassle, and money. Not to mention I would recommend never going here. I called to schedule an appointment and she was disgustingly rude like I was inconveniencing her, then she hung up on a paying customer. Kudos to the owner who keeps such a rotten person in their store. One apple spoils the bunch. You forget, first impressions last a lifetime. Christy should be fired for the way she treats and talks to paying customers. What a disgrace
