I have been working with Nicole for a little over a year now. Though I felt her services to be beneficial to my daily life from the beginning, I feel that the longer I work with her, the more I can see and feel the benefit grow. The essence of our work together has been focused on discovering more ease for me in my life - focusing mostly on my work life, as I am self-employed and can easily allow my work to overwhelm me. I often reference past conversations I have had with Nicole when facing new moments of friction, and have no doubt that my life feels more easeful due to Nicole's help. I highly recommend her services to those who desire to smooth out the rough edges of their life.

I have tried therapy for years with several different professionals. In these experiences, I seemed unable to be authentic or to "connect" with them. With Nicole however, I felt comfortable immediately and unafraid of judgment. Over the past year, we have worked on many things that have enabled me to slow down and be more in my body. She has helped me navigate personal and professional relationship issues while providing a gentle but constructive perspective. I have had several people in my life notice positive changes in me, and I am grateful that Nicole came into my life when she did. I would recommend her to anyone.

Nicole has been instrumental for me. I have been in my masculine for most of my life. I didn't know what was exactly happening for me, but I knew I felt imbalanced prior to seeing Nicole. She helped bridge my mind body disconnect through getting in touch with my femininity. Prior to seeing Nicole I didn't understand the difference between masculine and feminine energy. I was going through my life killing it, but feeling exhausted from doing so much. Nicole taught me how to recognize moments where I can allow and receive instead of always doing. Nicole creates a space that allows me to feel comfortable to express myself and figure out what my desires are. In relation to men she taught me how to ask for what I want and be truthful to myself for what is not working for me. Nicole is amazing at any stage in your life.
