Nigro’s Auto parks on and instructs customers to park on the sidewalk and in the bike lane blocking pedestrians and people traveling in the bike lane. It creates an unnecessarily dangerous environment for all. I wish they had any consideration for their neighbors and all who use Washington Ave.

I had a good experience at Nigro's Auto Body following a hit-and-run in Philly. They handled the appraisal, communication with the other party's insurance, and all other insurance-related issues very well. They also did excellent work fixing my driver's side door. To top it off, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car after completing the body work. I would recommend Nigro's as they were communicative throughout the whole process and easy to work with.

Nigro auto body does great wonderful work especially Ralph he has the hand of gold doing body work on my vehicle and big plus is Joe who painted my car also hands of gold. Paint job perfectly matches. In a fender bender go to Nigro auto body

Great experience at Nigro Body Shop! Had some body work done on my car recently and these guys were awesome. Super friendly, easy to work with, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The repair came out looking perfect—like nothing ever happened. They handled everything smoothly, even dealing with my insurance, which was a huge help. Someone keyed the entire driver’s side of my car. I was extremely upset because the car is brand new. I heard from a friend that this shop does an amazing job! And I am here to tell you that it was the best experience with an auto body shop ever. They treated me so kindly, almost like family, and the service was very efficient, very professional, and extremely effective. I highly recommend this auto body shop whether you go through your insurance or not. I’d to thank the team at Nigro’s because they’re absolute professionals who have been working there for over 40 years. With service like this, I wouldn’t trust my car to anyone else!
