I was lucky enough to find this place and reached out via email to get a quote for a tire rotation and alignment. John was extremely helpful and responsive. I was able schedule service quickly and the prices are very reasonable. I really cannot recommend this place enough and will exclusively be using this shop moving forward.

Finding a trustworthy auto shop can feel like a small miracle. CK Auto Image Repairs in Philadelphia is one of those rare finds. The team is consistently honest and transparent. They explain exactly what's wrong with your car, tell you what needs to be done, and don't push for unnecessary repairs. The work is always done right. It's a huge relief to know you're getting honest, competent service. I'll continue to take my car here because I know I can count on them.

Gabe, Jon, and the rest of the team at CK Auto did an incredible job keeping our older model Nissan Pathfinder running in tip-top shape. They took the time on our most recent visit to troubleshoot an issue that presented itself after service at another car shop. While CK Auto has always been our go-to, time and scheduling led us to another auto mechanic’s garage. But I knew that something wasn’t quite right. I explained to Gabriel the details of the symptoms that the truck was now experiencing, as the other shop was unequipped to further troubleshoot what was wrong. Well, Gabe and CK Auto stepped in, troubleshot the Pathfinder, found the problem and fixed what was wrong, and detailed it on the receipt. I was able to go back to the previous mechanic that caused the issue and was reimbursed for services not completed properly. What can I say? Accidents do happen but...Philadelphia’s CK Auto is top-notch in ANY circumstance. I highly recommend you take the time and wait for a slot on their busy schedule, which says a lot about how well their business is doing, since you may have to wait a little bit for a spot on their lift. Five stars out of five; but in my opinion, I’d like to give them seven stars!

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. This is the best shop to bring your car to. Super professional, very quick, low prices, and the most honest. I switched to CK Auto (on the recommendation from a friend/car-crazy guy who brings his cars from NJ all the way over here) after a (very) close competitor made multiple mistakes, missed important issues, and sold me a used car battery as new. I've had oil changes, inspections and last night, late at night I got a flat. I was able to park in front of CK and they were working on my car before I even got there at opening to explain. The repaired the tire in like under thirty minutes.. for $30! Crazy inexpensive. Even the lobby of the place is chill spot to hang if you want to wait there. USE CK AUTO

I had a great experience with CK Auto Image Repairs in Philly. They did my annual PA State Inspection and emissions test for $91 total (including 8% Philly sales tax), which I found very fair. Scheduling was easy, and they were extremely efficient, friendly, and on top of everything. They even topped off my coolant/antifreeze at no charge. I really appreciated that they kept my car spotless, using plastic covers on the seat and floor so there was no grease inside. Very happy overall and will definitely come back!
