So we booked for the school holiday club, but basically just booked in for a babysitting club? Ive never been here before so didn't know what to expect, but basically kids are in a closed in area to run around, climb things and maybe play 1 game of Red Light Green Light.... and then once other groups come in, it's bedlam. What a big waste of money and time. I could have taken kids to a park and had more fun in the out doors!

I enrolled my 6 yr old son into the holiday program which ran from 9am till 3pm, on Monday. When I arrived at 3pm, I found him sitting aside with a staff member in visible pain. They advised me he had a little accident and they had put an ice pack on it earlier. When I viewed his wrist, it was clearly very swollen and required an xray. This occurred around 2pm and no one contacted me or my partner. My son subsequently advised me he kept asking them to call Mum but they declined. I took him straight to the GP and X-rays confirmed it was fractured. He told me a 12 yr old boy pushed him backward and he fell from a height, landing with all his weight on his wrist. Now he has a splint for 4 weeks and can’t do any sport for the whole of term 1. I understand accidents can happen, but the first aid and parent liaison in this case has been alarming. I have emailed them twice since to enquire about the incident and their perspective on not calling me when it happened, but have been completely ignored. Our family has previously enjoyed this place but will not be returning.

Maybe because it was holiday time, the found it a bit underwhelming, a few mixed feelings about it. The younger folks enjoyed the freedom of the playground and the opportunity to go into the ninja park. The older 3 seemed to enjoy it though as a first visit we decided not to go on the high ropes, but once they saw them they were disappointed we didn't get a pass for them. Having said that, they did drag their feet when trying them out was time for us to leave... Might give it another go with the high ropes next time.

The boys had such a wonderful time at ninja parc! Even met one of the ninja rangers with my little boys name! Zane was amazing and the boys haven’t stopped talking about him. He and the other rangers of course were amazing but he in particular did activities with them and made sure their experience was spectacular! Thank you!. We had come for my boys 9th birthday and had not been to Newcastle before. My little one has always been scared of trying new things but loves anything ninja 🤣🤣.
