Had one of the best experiences we have had in ninja warrior today! We met a lovely gentleman who works there called Joe, he was very helpful, very friendly to the children and helped my youngest as she had never visited ninja warriors before!!

Gang of adolescent going around hitting smaller kids staff did try and deal with the issue but made no difference they should have been removed from the premises cant wear the wrong socks on the inflatable but let kids run riot

They kicked out my kids for defending themselves yelled at us because the staff told us the wrong thing terrible customer service rude staff and horrible experience no wonder their closing down
