Excellent service by Murat. He quickly determined the issue, quoted the repair cost, and completed all the repairs in a timely manner and left the repair area clean and tidy. Murat was even nice enough to look at a few other appliances in our kitchen and make some recommendations on how to keep them in top shape. Highly recommend.

The technician was prompt, polite, and professional. When my gas oven stopped working, he quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. It’s working great now! I’d definitely use NL Westside Appliance repair again though hopefully not too soon.

The technician came out on a Saturday evening to handle our Bosch dishwasher emergency. He quickly identified the issue and pointed out the mistakes made by the installers. Really friendly guy, too. Would recommend to anyone!

I called them because my LG dryer was taking too long to dry any load, no matter the temperature. The technician cleaned the vent that goes to the roof, and now the dryer is working perfectly. His service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied with the results.

The technician is very trustworthy. He arrived on time, diagnosed my Samsung washer, and found it was working fine. I was happy to pay the diagnostic fee and relieved my washer was in great shape. He's knowledgeable and friendly.
