I highly recommend this Pilates studio! The atmosphere and people are wonderful! I came here a month ago and started my classes with private lessons with Marina. She went over every exercise with me in great detail so I understood the correct technique. This is exactly what I was looking for when starting Pilates. I started Marina‘s classes about three months ago. I am 77, overweight, with limited flexibility. I have increased my core strength, my flexibility, my balance, am an appreciation for stretching. Marina physically helps me flex and bend so that I can maximize my stretching abilities. She has an outstanding sense of humor, which makes the class go by quickly. Her variety of exercises make each class enjoyable and beneficial. Marina is the most outstanding Instructor I’ve ever had….. And I’ve been to several studios in the past three years. I’ll turn 78 in April and I plan on completing ballroom dance lessons as a present to myself. This would not be possible if it wasn’t for Marina.♥️

I am in my 7th month of pregnancy, and Pilates at “NO LIMIT Pilates” is the best thing that has happened to me! Marina and Heather are very professional instructors with a lot of experience. The classes are small, so everyone receives attention during the workout, which means that even in group classes, you feel a personal approach. I plan to continue attending Pilates until I give birth, and I will return to them as soon as I can work out after having the baby! I recommend it to everyone. Pilates is about health! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I found No Limit Pilates while searching for an alternative to the physical therapy after a shoulder replacement. They offer quality one on one rehab focused Pilates, as well as group classes. I have been working with Marina for about 3 months and am experiencing EXCELLENT results! I am looking forward to moving on to the group sessions once I have the restored strength and mobility. Marina knows body mechanics and is improving my strength and range of motion by training my body to be in the correct position while slowly building my muscles, so I am seeing/feeling fantastic results. Marina provides a whole body rehab that you will not find with traditional physical therapy (not to mention the sessions are a lot of fun). I am so blessed to have found her!!!
