We tried Noble Crust for the first time and enjoyed it very much! We had the impressive garlic knots and melt in your mouth meatballs for starters. My husband got the steak frites with a side of Brussels, which were perfection! I had the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The crispy fried egg on the salad was an excellent addition! I also had a side order of the fried green tomatoes. The lime sour cream was a nice touch!
Wow, what an absolutely beautiful experience I had at Noble Crust! The waitress Julia made sure me and my dogs were well taken care of. The dogs had very fresh, clean water and I was instantly served a full carafe of water as well. Also, I highly recommend the “Love of Lavender” cocktail, which was made with beauty, design and love. I will definitely have it again. The “Lamb Bolognese Cavatappi” started off with a buttery, but soft undertone and ended with a warm and spicy undertones with the heat from the lamb and phenomenal marinara sauce lapped over the dish. I also indulged in the “Magnanimous Juice Lord IPA”, which created a fresh and zesty pairing with the dish, as well. If you don’t like beer, I would also recommend pairing the dish with their “Matua Sauvignon Blanc” from New Zealand” or if you are not into white wine, try the “Diseno Pinot Noir Sta” from Rita Hills. The entire experience was very special for me. Thank you to the entire team!
We sat out in the patio, it’s not open, more like a makeshift room that’s fully encased. Still beautiful! All the food was amazing, everything hit the spot. We got the FGBLT appetizer, the pork was perfectly cooked. I got the Bronzed Salmon, it was spectacular. My partner got the Steak Frites which was also great. For dessert we got their special southern chocolate pecan pie, I usually don’t like pecan pie but this one was so gooey and warm, perfect dessert choice! We did try their Mocktail mojito which was yummy.
My wife and I had reservations for 6:30, but arrived early and were seated right away. Unfortunately, for the next 20 minutes we just sat there waiting for a server. We split the Caesar salad and the beef ragu. Both were absolutely delicious. The salad was topped cleverly by a crispy fried soft boiled egg. Very ingenious and delicious. But the coup was the coconut cream pie! Oh my goodness! The amaretto sour was “meh” as was the Chianti. Our food was promptly delivered by everyone but our server who we rarely saw. I’m giving Noble Crust 5 stars, but it should be closer to 4.5 given the ghost server.
I’m going to start off saying the food was fantastic. This was our first visit tonight. We had the arancini and caprese for starters and for our meal we had the beef ragu and crispy chicken sandwich. They were fantastic. The service was 1/10. When we were seated a girl got us our drinks and said our server will be with us in a min. 10 min later someone gets sat at the table next to us, the server is IMMEDIATELY at their table to take their order. Didn’t even acknowledge us until after. My drink was empty and he noticed but didn’t refill it when he came over to the table. Next time he came over I had to request he refill it. When I got my meal the kitchen did not put the ranch on the sandwich that I requested. The server, Michael, brought me ranch right after he gave me the sandwich because it “looked dry”. I barely had even ate my sandwich in 20 min because it did not have the hot honey on it as it was supposed to so I was waiting for the server but he was literally at other tables multiple times and then disappeared. I had to flag down a separate server to bring me the honey. It was about 20ish min after getting food when I saw him reappear but at the table next to us to clear their plates then he came back again to give them the check and then again to pick up the check. THEEE TIMES and he still didn’t acknowledge us. Went to other tables multiple times in the mean time. Didn’t even look at us so I couldn’t even get his attention. He finally came over and asked us if we needed boxes and the the check. Honestly just irritating from the start as this was a birthday dinner. The food is good so we may go to a different location and try it again.
