Disappointed this evening; 30-45 mins before closing we were denied entry. If employees want to leave at 9pm, list the online closing time earlier than this to avoid customers being hugely disappointed and let down.
Employees are very unprofessional. Came in at 830 after walking around the promenade expecting to play a few games, but was immediately told no and that they are closed. “Just waiting for a customer to leave”… so we left. Looked up the closing time and doesn’t close until 9. Why say we are closed at 830 if it doesn’t close until 9? I work retail and I would never tell a customer to leave before the closing time. It’s a shame, really. Won’t be back here.

It's a cool place if (like me) you want to relive your childhood for 30 mins. We stuck to the 2p coin push games since paying 50p per turn for the claw machine was a bit of a money burner. Wish they would get rid of the 18+ sections (which definitely do not encourage healthy gambling and don't look particularly fun either).
It gives fun to everyone. 2p machine is great, I was able to play and enjoy, would never spend so much for this kind of entertainment. However my child love coming here and enjoys a lot. No toilet. Staff should be more kind and understanding given that many children will play and run around. It’s nice to spend time here but you’ll rly spend a lot.
