I work with owner Nicky. She teaches me the keyboard piano. I am an adult student with no musical background. She is very patient with me, and super motivating and encouraging. I would recommend any student work with her, regardless of age. I’ve been working with her for about 7 months, and I have seen real growth in my playing.

I removed my child from this school months ago, yet I am still getting calls and texts from different people at the Nola School of Music regarding my child’s attendance. It feels like harassment at this point. Just weird.

My son is doing so good with the school. He's learning drums and voice. I can't tell you how much he has improved. Thank you =)

I have mixed reviews because the school had conflicts with my child’s instructor which led to his termination and they handled the situation poorly. We felt misled and are now caught up in a weird employee/employer struggle. We appreciated our time at NOLA School of Music but the termination of this instructor and the fall out has left us feeling at odds with the school. It was unnecessarily messy. I hope they handle these types of situations more delicately in the future- there’s a great deal to be learned here.

My family has been coming to NOLA School of Music for years. One of my favorite aspects is the recital. It's held a beautiful theatre with a fabulous grand piano. They offer the option for teachers to accompany the student so they make anyone sound good. We have really enjoyed playing at the recitals as a family band! It's so wonderful to have watched the school grow and watch my sons grow in their musical skill (piano and drums), and really enjoy doing it! Excellent experience!
