Bit surprised after finally going here to be honest. Heard only great things. Mostly went for the extensive vegan menu, which was decent and I would genuinely come back for again, but thats kind of the only thing I liked about this place. Me and my partner came in for an early ish dinner on a Monday, one other table of 2 in the place. Me and my partner both work in hospitality and usually only get quiet days off like this. We felt completely ignored by the staff, got sat relatively quickly which was fine, and I genuinely think it was 15-20 minutes before we were asked for a drinks order. I debated walking out at this alone, which is never something I have ever done, but I think on such a quiet day with one other table that's already ordered, I think its a joke. The server was nice when you could catch him, but it was really awkward trying to get his attention as he was on the bar laptop the entire time we were there. Food and drinks came out relatively quickly, no complaints there. My partner got the pepperoni pizza with to honey, which was swimming in hot honey, and became inedible after 1/4 of it because of how sickening the honey was. My vegan hot dog was great, chips were great, pizza was just borderline inedible and service was potentially some of the worst I've ever received. As soon as our plates were cleared we explained we were done but he walked away too quickly for us to ask for the bill. It took atleast another 15-20 minutes for us to get his attention again to get the bill, and never cleared our glasses that were finished and sat beside our plates to be cleared, but thats potentially a me thing. Probably a nice enough guy, will be back, just hope things are better next time.
