I originally reached out to Nor Bay to clean my trunk after I spilled a gallon of laundry detergent in it. I actually found them through ChatGPT - they came up as a top option for deep interior cleaning in San Jose. I ended up having them do an exterior wash and detailing too, and they were great from start to finish. Communication was clear, Mario showed a lot of attention to detail, and he even went beyond what I asked for by cleaning a few extra areas at no charge. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

I got this hyundai used from my dad and was dirty with lots of pet hair. got it back in basically new condition. they pay close attention to detail/not a single dirt or hair in sight. amazing service by the two gentlemen! highly recommend, i am sure they are the best in the bay 😁

I had a large water spill inside my car that soaked the carpet and padding. Nor Bay came to the rescue — they finished the job in about two hours, working quickly and efficiently. The team was very friendly and helpful, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was properly dried. My car feels fresh again, and I really appreciate their fast response and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The service was exceptional! My car was extremely dirty and had mold on the carpet due to my child spilling drinks all over the floor. Hector was able to get rid of the mold and made my car look brand new. They even went the extra step that was not included in the service to remove the old stickers that were stuck on the windows. They arrived on time and even gave me a 30 min notice of their ETA. I had previously gotten my car detailed at two other places here in the area and these two places did not detail my car as much as Nor Bay did. Their prices are reasonable as well and the owner lets you know of each and every charge before the service. I am extremely grateful and happy with the service.

Initially brought my wife’s car in for Ceramic coating installation, and after 4 months, it still looks like the first day it was installed after every wash. Despite being a black car, there are no visible streaks, which gives me confidence that the installation was done correctly. After that, I purchased an AMG G 63 and wanted to protect it with a Full-Coverage PPF installation. Mario and Josh answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns about pricing packages and protection levels. They educated me on every aspect of the installation, from start to finish, ensuring personalized and perfect edge-to-edge coverage without template limitations. The installation is invisible, thanks to the installer’s impressive accuracy in cutting each piece’s. In the end, they offered me a discount and also installed ceramic coating on the entire vehicle for added peace of mind. I’m extremely satisfied with Nor Bay , and the week-long wait for the installation was well worth it.
