I brought in my turntable that belonged to my father and was very sentimental to me and they got it working again! Even though it did take a little while they were very thorough and I'm very happy with their service and will be referring my family and friends! Thanks again! They do NOT sell parts, work on TV's or cell phones!

GREAT SERVICE! THANKS ...I was reluctant to bring in my radio after reading the reviews, but had NO problems or issues at all with this company. The lady at the front desk was very helpful an explaining the process in getting my radio fixed. I felt very comfortable in leaving it to have them look at it. It did take a while, but they explained when I dropped it off, that they had lots of stuff in house for repair & they would get to it as soon as they could, so I understood. I would recommend this company to any of my family/friends & will be using them in the future! THANKS again

We are so fortunate to have Norbern Electronics right here in our fair city. Norms many years of experience, makes him more than capable of repairing vintage electronics as well as current pieces. Got put on a waiting list to get my Sansui 9090 repaired. Just like they said they called me. I took it in and Norm went completely threw it. Wow what an awesome job he did. It looks and works like new. Great job Norm your the man. I really appreciate your honesty and professionalism. What a great experience.I highly recommend Norbern Electronics. Thank you to everyone in that shop. You're the best.

My Bose lifestyle 50 which I bought in 2001 was in very bad shape for the past 3 years. It would work sometimes and then nothing. I had tried everything. Finally I happen to see a YouTube which mentioned Norbern electronics. I called and spoke with Ashley. She was awesome! They gave me an estimate after I had shipped them my unit. I happen to speak with Mr. Norm who is one awesome individual. He is a master at repairing Bose. I am happy to say that my unit works as good as brand new. Excellent service, great turnaround, and the price was exactly as was quoted. I highly Recommend Mr. Norm and his company. I would give him 10 thumbs up!!
