The guys checked out a nail in our tyre with 5 mins notice and we were on our way. No charge. Brilliant service.

One of our employees had a full blown air leak in his tyre yesterday. Went to North Terrace Tyres and they fixed the leak there and then. In our dealings with NTT have been both professional and easy communication. Thanks everyone!

Did not give the tyre that I asked for after so much confirmation with the reception person. One of my nuts was threaded and did not help or offer help but only said no to everything. Very hard to believe a shop selling tyres and rims does not have a spare chrome 4x100 wheel nuts. Did the job ok but also leave the spare tyre in the well without secure it with provided screw kit. Probably not a good option unless it’s an emergency situation.

Changed my tyres yesterday. These guys are awesome. Very busy and always willing to assist. Nic is a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful. I rang up to bring my car in and they did it on the spot while I waited. Took about half an hour with other cars and while still attending to other customers. I have taken all my cars there throughout the years 180, s15 through to the merc. They know their stuff and you can tell they give 110% in customer service. Dom even took my wheels out to my car for me. Amazing!
