Very disappointing! Just a few days ago, the most basic car wash here was $12, and now it’s suddenly $19 before tax for the same simple wash?! In what world does a regular car wash cost that much? Nothing new or special was added — just a big and unreasonable price increase with no explanation. Too bad, I used to come here often, but at these prices, it’s definitely not worth it anymore.

The only reason I went to this car wash is because I had a coupon from a book I bought. Thank God it was free because I would be Demanding my money back if I paid a cent for this watch. My car actually looked better before I drove through. This is a picture of the back of my car after coming out of there. I had to give at least 1 star to be able to post, but that is 1 star too many !!!

I tried their “works wash” and it, disappointingly, didn't clean the car. I used their free vacuums, but the suction was surprisingly weak, and there were clean towels offered, but none available for me to wipe my mirrors. I shared this with their customer service before posting it here and offered photos. No one engaged. It's too bad, I'd had hope for this car wash thinking the kids would get a kick out of being in the car as we went through, but the pretty colours aren't worth paying for a wash and not having a clean car after. I don't want to go through multiple times and waste resources and time. The on-location staff were friendly, but their job seemed to be limited to a cashier role. I'm sad to say I cannot recommend.

Waiting around 30 minutes for car wash and after washed my car. I found scratches on my new car. I think they need to change their brushes because some cars have rust on the body so metal got stucks in brushes and it make scratches on the cars. So it’s responsibility of northern light car wash to inspect their brushes everyday.

Great car wash! Even when it's busy, there are plenty of lanes so the wait is minimal—usually done in 2 to 5 minutes max, and if there's no line, you're in and out in a minute. The staff are super welcoming, and the wash quality is excellent. There's lots of space for vacuuming, plus a free car mat wash. My only suggestion would be to make the vacuums a bit stronger. Highly recommend getting the monthly subscription much more affordable that way
