First and last time using The Chamois. As a first-time customer, I relied on staff recommendations and was advised to purchase the Golden package for an interior and exterior clean. I explained that my child had gotten sick in the car seat the night before, but I had already cleaned everything thoroughly and removed all car seats for easy access. An employee later asked if I wanted “detailing to remove stains.” I declined because there were no stains, but it was never explained that declining this meant the backseat would not be cleaned or that it would require extra charges. The service was extremely fast (about 5–7 minutes), and the quality reflected that. The backseat was not vacuumed, cracks and crevices were left dirty, the cup holders were not vacuumed, and the rear area was still full of debris. The interior also smelled worse after the cleaning (due to the employee who drove the vehicle through the wash's strong body odor). When I contacted the manager afterward to calmly share my concerns, I was cut off and blamed for not paying extra, with no accountability or customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

Paid for the Gold cleaning. They only wiped down the dash and that is it. I talked to the owner and he said that my car was “too dirty” when it’s the bare minimum of crumbs. He said they vacuum the car but there’s not a single sign of it being vacuumed especially when it’s easy to get places. Photos are attached the manager will only say “the car is too dirty” and that if I spend another 300$ they will do better. Don’t go here if you want to waste your money and be told lies about their service.

Specifically asked the staff to vacuum the gap between the driver’s seat and the gear stick at the start, and they nodded like they understood. But clearly, they didn’t listen, that area wasn’t touched at all. I paid $28 for the Bronze wash mainly for the interior, and while I wasn’t expecting a showroom finish, I at least expected them to vacuum visible dust and dirt. Unfortunately, it looks exactly the same as before.To be fair, the exterior looks ok. But if that was all I wanted, I would’ve just paid the $15 for the basic wash or I would just wash it myself. Definitely disappointed with the value for money here. Won’t be returning.

Terrible service and customer experience I brought my car in for a wash and they took it twice, yet both times it came back unclean. As you can see in the photos, there were still marks, dirt, and smudges left behind — inside and outside the vehicle. When I asked for a refund or voucher , the customer service was absolutely brutal and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. Save your time and money — I do not recommend this place.
