My wife and I had NCS cater our wedding this past weekend and there were several aspects which stood out as exceptional about our experience. Booking was smooth as the owner was swift, flexible and accessible via email. In addition to the above, she was helpful with estimating timings and quantities needed for our event. The service provided on the night went above our expectations. The food came out as organised, but the service staff displayed a level of professionalism that is rarely seen nowadays. The kitchen was left spotless after the event which was a huge benefit the next morning. The food was immaculate and definitely a highlight of the night. We had 7 separate canape items which were all delicious. We will definitely be strongly recommending NCS for any and all future events.
A huge thank you to Tina and the team for going above and beyond for our wedding. We had 110 guests, and they did a stellar job of serving some amazing cocktail food and gracing tables with quite limited facilities. Our guests gave us lots of great feedback on the food, and everyone had enough to eat. Score! Tina is great to work with, and she made the day stress-free and so easy. Thanks again.
The team did a great job catering for our house dinners at our College. They designed a menu that suited our guests and also ensured that there were plenty of options for any dietary requirement. Great communication from staff from booking all the way up to event dates.
