We ordered thanksgiving from chef E.. It was one of the best thanksgiving meals we’ve ever had. The greens with turkey omgggg,also the Fried turkey was sooo juicy and seasoned,and the cornbread dressing was amazing and I cannot forget about the Gouda Mac,everyone went back for seconds and thirds… I have to thank you for the experience and laughter we had over great food,people we’re asking could they take a plate home…It was that good!!!!

Originally booked for our wedding but we changed to a drop off for our family function. The menu: jerk chicken and lamb chops with rice and slaw, taco bar (asada, pastor, cauliflower), veggie rolls, chipotle pasta with salmon, strawberry crunch cake. Everything was delicious!! My husband isn't a pasta person but he sure ate Chef Eric's pasta. The only item that didn't go quickly was the veggie rolls. But typically they aren't the popular choice. We chose veggie for our vegetarian people. The seasoned cauliflower for tacos was a hit though! The jerk chicken and lamb had the perfect amount of heat. Appreciate Chef Eric accommodating food allergies too. I loved the extra sauces and condiments, especially the jerk and chipotle sauce! We took them back home to Los Angeles 😆 we will definitely book again when we are back in town. My husband said chef definitely put his foot in it - Nothin' but Flavaaaa!

I was blessed to be invited to a dinner in Las Vegas last week. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a finer meal- Chef Eric made the most wonderful dishes, and the presentation was visually perfect. If you are looking for an exceptional experience, call Chef Eric!

Chef E was such a blessing! He provided delicious food the entire weekend with a sit down dinner for our sister to sister finale weekend! Thank you for your professionalism, delicious food and your humble spirit! If you are in Las Vegas and need a chef, Chef E will not disappoint 💕

Chef was absolutely amazing. We had 4 days in Vegas and Chef provided our meals for the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything we wanted he provided. Our last night he and his wife served us and he did not disappoint. Chef was attentive to our specific needs and made orders specifically for others as requested. The taste was definitely pleasing to the palate and the presentation of the food was impeccable. If you are in the Las Vegas area contact him for all of your catering needs. Our next vacation next has said he will try all to us and we all responded YES!!! I can’t say enough about Chef and what he made possible for 11 women. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was made for US!! Chef, you will forever be in our hearts.
