I visited NOTJUST | Manchester Barbers today at 14:50, but unfortunately the shop was closed, even though the listed closing time shows 5:00 PM. I understand things can change sometimes, but I kindly request that the opening hours be updated to avoid confusion for customers. As I made the trip based on the stated timings, I’d really appreciate it if you could consider a goodwill gesture, such as a complimentary or discounted haircut, on my next visit. I’ve been coming to NotJust for years, but this was my first time with Rohin. Gutted I only found him just before moving away from Manchester, because he’s fantastic. He knows his craft inside out, made me feel at ease straight away, and his warm Glaswegian accent just adds to the charm. One of the best cuts I’ve had in ages. If I wasn’t leaving the city he’d be my regular without question. Can’t recommend him enough.

Unreal trim from Director Tom. Came in with long, wavy hair that was a mess, split ends, no shape, beard all over the place. Tom sectioned everything like a pro, cleaned it up without losing too much the length, and gave me a slick back that actually works with my natural wave. Nailed the beard, Straight top line, shaped to my face, no dips, no fuss. First time at a proper men’s salon and I’m honestly blown away. Tom didn’t just cut, he fixed it. Left feeling fresh, sharp, and confident. Will definitely be returning.
