Dr Jen was great. Very knowledgeable and supportive. I learned a lot about how to eat and feel more hopeful about my health outlook. I liked the community meetups and felt supported by sharing and hearing from others.

I had no idea how transformational this program could be for me. When you live with chronic problems/issues, you simply believe that there are only "bandaids" and no cure, but through this program my GI issues and brain fog have changed so significantly. The participants must do the work for a change to happen, but once you feel your brain and body changing, you want to continue feeling healthy and it's no longer work. I feel so fortunate to have Dr Mann's team treating me, and a supportive and loving partner throughout this process.

Dr. Mann is incredible! She has helped me so much not only with the primary issue I came to her for, but with so much more. She’s taught me to view my health holistically and given me so much knowledge for how to care for myself in all aspects of my health. I can’t recommend her enough if you are struggling with something specific or just looking to optimize your health.

Working with Dr. Mann at Nova Wellness has been no less than life changing. She helped me identify the root causes to the health issues I was having, got me set up on a plan to fix the underlying imbalances in my system (a combination of antibiotics, antimicrobials, probiotics, herbal supplements, and diet adjustments), and now has me on a maintenance protocol that will be easy for me to stick with as my symptoms continue to improve. My SIBO is now under control, I have more energy and focus than I’ve had in years, I’m finally gaining weight again, and more valuable than anything else, I have answers as to why I’ve been feeling so sick, as well as the tools and education to help me combat any future flare ups. Dr. Mann is an incredibly understanding, open, and warm practitioner who genuinely wants to help you feel your best. It may not be the cheapest or quickest route to recovery (good luck trying to get your insurance to help cover anything), but as someone who has seen dozens of western healthcare providers in the search for a fix with no luck, the measured, researched, and wholistic naturopathic approach that Dr. Mann takes is a small price to pay for finally feeling healthy in my body again. Thank you Nova Wellness for helping me get my health and life back again!!

Knowledgeable, Caring, Thorough, Kind and Professional. Dr, Mann and her staff helped me when my medical doctors wouldn't. Lots of tests that helped us get to the bottom of why my health was struggling. I've lost weight, gotten my glucose numbers down and my A1C from an 11 to a 5.5 in 6 months. Now my medical doctors are scratching their heads, they think Dr Mann is a miracle worker.
