Q was very pleasant and a great representative for your company. As I was leaving Costco I planned to ignore her as a sales person and strategically walk past her. Her pleasant smile and nice demeanor had me do a double take, only to discover that she was selling something I had just met a contractor about this same matter, just this morning. . . Bathtub and shower installation for 2 bathrooms. Her professionalism and beautiful demeanor influenced my decision to schedule the earliest appointment possible with your sales people in order to allow you company to give me an estimate on this project. Shiann and Nicole. Pleasant and polite. Did not slow me down getting out of Costco. Same day appointment for estimate for shower refitting. They returned my shopping cart for me! Pleasant experience. They weren’t pushy.
