Where do I begin? They were sluggish on doing things. They did not communicate well. They wasted months of my time from their neglect. They really did not take care of me. After 11 months of just calling me to tell me they’re still waiting still waiting still waiting. 11 months - they did not take care of my case or handle it properly. They dumped it leaving me only a month to find another attorney. They were up against the Knoxville bus system and wouldn’t take it on. Political.

Awesome people to work with! I called them after I got rear-ended in March of last year. The whole process was easy and pleasant. I got back much more than I was expecting. Everyone that handled my case was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
