He is one of the best if not the best lawyer in my opinion. Im not rich or any of that but he worked with me to make payments I could afford. He always answers his phone or calls you back. Every DA and Lawyer that I talked to in Blount county told me to plea guilty they wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. So praise the lord I called Woodard thinking he wouldn't take me either cause I didn't have alot of money I was wrong. Anyway he could he helped me with paying him. He is a very nice well spoken man until he is in the court room. I had a preliminary hearing and thats as far as it went because this man knows the laws and your rights. So before it was over judge Brewer in Blont county dropped the charge and in blount county that is unheard of guilty or not they will make you plea guilty to something. I could go on about Mr.Woodard and how awesome of a human being he is to how well and hard he knows the law. Im sure there are others that think the same. All the lawyers,judges and DA's I've had to deal from my days of being an idiot never had i ever had an attorney that cared as much as he did if you want your charges to be dropped Woodard is the lawyer to that. Im telling you hire this man and you will no regret it I promise by far the best attorney and not just an attorney that only works your case on your court date he is always working your case when he comes to court the DA and judge better be ready cause this man is ready for war in the court room. He took down blount county for goodness and that never happens. If you want an attorney that is there to win and not just there to wear flashy suits to say look at me the hire Woodard cause he is there for you to win that cause not matter what he will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best representation you can possibly have. I will never use another attorney if I need another and I will always recommend him. After every blount county court person told me I had no chance to win and telling me to plea im so thankful for Mr. Woodard hands downs the best attorney around. If you want to be found innocent then hire Woodard Law best in town if not even the best in the state.

I highly recommend The Woodard Law Firm. I was falsely accused of a crime and Dan was able to get my charge dismissed and expunged from my record. He always kept me up to date as my case was going on, and returned my calls and texts quickly. His fees are also very reasonable. I was looking for a good attorney, and most others were charging nearly twice as much as Dan. I’m so glad I found him — he’s nice, friendly, yet very confident and professional. Highly recommend!
