Exceptional Service at NTB! I recently had a fantastic experience at NTB, thanks to the store manager, Eric. I encountered an issue regarding the warranty on my tires, and Eric went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Even though there was a discrepancy in the system about my fourth tire, he was incredibly understanding and managed to warranty all four tires for me at a minimal cost. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes the time to resolve issues promptly. I left the store feeling valued and appreciated. Thank you, Eric, for your outstanding service! I highly recommend this NTB location for anyone in need of tire services.

They were amazing and fast!! Honest and very easy to talk to and work with!! I had an emergency situation and had no idea what was wrong. They were very upfront and honest and did NOT try to push things I did not need. That says a lot to me!!

This is the best location around when you need tires and routine maintenance because of Keshawn’s excellent customer service! More than once now he has helped me get back on the road in a professional, speedy, and easy-to-understand manner without a hint of condescension or unnecessary upselling. Options, expectations, and prices have been clear and I can feel confident I am making the right decision. Highly recommend this NTB and Keshawn in particular!

Keshawn is a remarkable front end specialist his customer service is unmatched. I was in crisis and had a flat tire and needed help. I got there a few minutes before closing and he and his team gave me optimal service and empathy as a woman. They educated me on tires and sent me home safely. Thank you Keshawn!!!

Fast and quick. Had a flat that took care of it fast. Customer service was wondering. no problem there. When I got back home I realized they scratched up my rim from their tire machine. They destroyed a expensive wheel. I had the wheel ceramic coated to prevent this from happening. If they make it right I will fix my 1 star review. Went to the store they are going to fix the rim the manager apologized for it.
