The team at Shawn's Tires has great service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and efficient, and the tires are high quality at a fair price. I was in and out quickly and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Came in for two front tires, thought back tires were good. The guys pointed out the rear tires had major wear on the inside where I couldn't see. He gave me a good deal on a set of 4 new tires. They were quick and efficient with their service. Drove 30 miles home no issues and tires were perfectly balanced. Will come back again when I need another set of tires.

11/7/2025 I went here to get 3 used tires paid @209.59. On 11/14/2025 I call them and tell them that the tires are 235/65/17 a different size then a one in the back 235/60/17. They told me to come in so I did. He didnt really want to take off all the tires so instead he convinced to get the other tire to match for $40.00 so I did. My car started shaking so I thought maybe I need a wheel alignment.So 11/15/2025, I got one the shaking was slightly less. Today I go to Firestone and they tell me the tread in my tires is only at a 4!! Typical used tire tread is 10/32" to 11/32". I call them and the man who answered told me " What due you expect, you only paid $209 for 3 tires, you want better tire pay for new". I thought that was rude and I explained that even with them being used they should not be selling them with that low tread it is a road hazard. I told him that I would be writing a Google review, I hung up. A few minutes later someone called me back and said, "Bring your car up here with the receipt and we will see if we can get you a good deal." Originally I was calling to see if they would take accountability or discount a new set, after his comment I am not interested. I will pay for a new set, with a different company. I will never go back there or recommend them. ****UPDATE**** I went to the shop and spoke to Shawn, owner who wanted to make it right. He advised me that the tread on the tire was fine and that Firestone is not in the business of selling used tires so they wouldn't know exactly what the tread should look like. He did tell me that if I wanted a better tread he would get me that. He took me into a different room of the garage and showed me some tires that we $590, wanted to give me the credit or $240. So I would have $350 I would need to pay. Sir it would make more sense if I would just go get the Tires $461 with warranty from Firestone. He then told me for $200.00 cash I could have them. I did decline the offer, a fair split would have been us spiliting the difference and me paying $100. However, that is his business and he can run it however he wants. I am just not going to be his customer going forward.

Excellent service! I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Abderrahman — he was very helpful, fast, and made sure everything was perfect. I really appreciate his hard work. I’ll definitely come back again and recommend this place to everyone!

Got two brand new tires for my Ford at a great price! The people there are super nice, and very honest. The only place I’ll ever go for my tires from now on!! Shawn is awesome!
