Tyler is super helpful and our visits to the shop for health advice and body scans have been tremendously helpful. We’ve achieved body composition changes we never thought we could! Highly recommend heading into the shop for help with the body transformation you’ve been wanting!

First-time Customer… incredible first visit. Here’s what I learned: Free Meal Plans - they take the time to visit with you about your diet and goals before making nutrition suggestions. Free ‘In-Body’ Scan They provide an non-invasive assessment that measures body composition—such as muscle mass, body fat, and water balance—to provide a precise baseline for tracking health, fitness progress, and metabolic changes that a standard scale cannot show. Bottom Line: easy to find, Tyler is friendly and knowledgable (as well as his staff), strong selections, and a truly ‘relational’ store that will help my overall wellness - not just sell me something. Def Recommend!
