I am beyond disappointed. I had two cars booked for a car wash, tires and express interior cleaning as shown in the booking. First, when looking at the website the first line says “we come to you” which is misleading. I thought the service would be done in our driveway, but that quote just means they will pick up the car to take back to their shop. Second, within minutes of picking up one of the cars, my husband was called with a police officer in the background and the police said the driver was pulled over in a school zone for speeding. Third, the booking quoted about an hour and a half for both cars. We didn’t get any notification that they were behind schedule until we called around 6 PM, which is when google said they closed. One car we didn’t get back until 7pm that day and don’t get me wrong that car was beautiful. The car was washed and the interior was clean. The other car, not so much. This one in the pictures was held for “pet hair removal” which was not included in the booking I submitted as you can see below. I didn’t receive any notification that my car was being held due to this until he dropped my other car off at 7 PM (5 hours late). My husband and I had to make the decision to let them continue the pet hair removal or to stop. We agreed to continue with the pet hair removal service. When the guy dropped off the first car, I asked for an ETA for the car they held. He responded with it will be done by 12 and we had a whole plan for my husband to meet him at the house to retrieve the key since we both would not be home. We were supposed to get a phone call around 12pm for him to let us know the car was being dropped off and never did. 3 hours later, I reached out to see what’s going on as my car should have been back by now and he mentioned they just finished about an hour ago and my car will be back in our driveway within the next 45 minutes. Since the car was not returned in the time given, my husband is no longer able to pick the key up as planned, so I asked the guy to mention to the driver to lock the key up in the car since we weren’t there. The lady(driver) then calls my husband when she gets to our home about alternative placements for the key because she can’t figure out how to lock the car with the key hidden In the car. My husband tried to explain to her how to do it and she didn’t understand, so a couple more ideas were suggested between the two of them and then the last suggestion was to hide it under a recycling bin. My husband said that was fine, so that’s not the frustrating part. The frustrating part is when I pulled my key out, it had mud all over my key fob, so I immediately cleaned that up to avoid potential damage to my key. Luckily my key still worked. Then I get home to see the entire outside of the car was completely forgotten about. The water was from the rain, not a car wash as you can see in pictures, there’s plenty of dirt. We weren’t notified of any services being cancelled or anything like that. The amount that was charged to our card was full price minus like $5 and we only received half of the services booked. We didn’t receive the car wash or wheel cleaning. It’s frustrating because of the lack of communication, getting pulled over in our car, the not completing the job after extending the timeframe twice with out making sure we were ok with it, and adding services before getting confirmation that we wanted that service added, still charging us 98% of the original price. I just can’t believe our experience with this.
They were able to schedule a next day appt and even picked up the car. Brought it back looking brand new! Every inch is spotless and they even cleaned the trunk.
Jesse did a phenomenal job with my husband’s F-150! They were able to bring it back to brand new. If you are looking for a friendly staff and hard workers I would highly recommend them!
