Not too often do you come across people that truly have a passion for what they do. At Step Above it comes across loud and clear that their employees love what they do. I have an older Mustang GT that needed a little high-end detailing. Danny actually performed the work along with an associate and it was absolutely beautiful when they were finished. I took time to listen to all they did and the little things they pointed out showed me they were excited about working with the car. I have used this company for our business vehicles and my personal vehicles. They have completed each vehicle detail from exterior to interior to enclosed cap to carpet. Zach did an OUTSTANDING job on my BMW. My car was in for a full detail and I was not disappointed. I had water marks that was etched into my paint that was removed amongst other things, and I look forward to doing business with Zach and Cincy Detail for many years to come. Thank you Zach.

Ratings are great, but sometimes don't really tell the whole story. These guys are 100% every time, super critical eyes used on all work, and in our case black paint is the least forgiving. Outstanding results every wash! 5 stars that are very well deserved! We are a luxury car service and demand the best for our customers. Cinci Detail delivers.

Zach was extremely professional and did an amazing job detailing, paint correcting, and ceramic coating my Z06. Showed up when he said he would on the each of the 3 appointments I’ve scheduled with him. 10/10 recommend and will use on all of my vehicles in the future.
