I’ve noticed a lot of reviews about the wheel shine not working and I’ve been told that Mike’s uses a different wheel shine. The original wheel shine was an oil based product and now it’s water based. Bad move on Mike’s part. I’ve had good luck with the Fields Ertel location. So Mike’s should go back to the oil based product.

The price is slightly high but this car wash service is better than other automatic car wash services. Highly recommend.

Well, I'll never use Mike's again. Their wash literally ripped off a piece of trim. The piece between the windshield and frame. The piece was found IN the car wash. Their insurance division basically just denies most if not all of any claim. Their defense? From camera footage it was "loose prior to entering the car wash". Seriously? First how in the world would a camera angle show that? Second, a loose piece like that sure did a remarkable job staying on driving 70+ on a freeway or during storms, etc. It wasn't loose. What else could they possibly say though since it is a fact that the wash ripped off a piece of my car? I'd also love to know the theory as to how a piece like that would come "loose"? What a horrible business practice. Read other reviews. It seems to be exactly how they operate. The wash breaks a car and they deny the claim.

$11 for a basic car wash and you still have to pay to use a vacuum 🤣🤣🤣
