If only every pregnant and postpartum woman get this level of care and support, there will be much less postpartum issues. Karina Jackson is my Occupational Therapist and I’m so lucky to have her support in my life.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jennifer! When I first started physiotherapy I was in the worst shape possible. Jennifer has completely turned my life around! She’s a God sent 🥰🥰🥰 and her team is so ABSOLUTELY amazing! Bilel offers the best osteotherapy sessions in Montreal and Lauren is one of the best receptionist I know! She not only makes sure Jennifer’s teams appointments are booked but also makes her remind calls to clients so personable. Jennifer has a wonderful team hands down! The service is exceptional so my advice to anyone if you need a physiotherapist who will provide you exceptional service but make sure you have the best care possible then call Jennifer! You won’t regret it!

I love my sessions with Nuvo Physio team during my pregnancy. I completed the birth prep session with Jennifer, who has been so fantastic and supportive. She not only knows her craft, but is also passionate about it, and that speaks volume. She and Marcia coached me about birthing positions, positions to help labour progress, perineal massage, and breathing techniques. As a first time mom, my anxiety has been through the roof, but with their help, I walked into giving birth with confidence and information on hand. During my 27-hour labour, I was stuck at 4cm for six hours. When my partner and I did the positions, I progressed to 6cm in two hours, and subsequently, 10cm in the next 5 hours! I pushed for an hour using the breathing technique that I learned from them. I can honestly and personally say thay they played a huge part in the success of my first delivery, and I would encourage every pregnant momma to take sessions with them, because you can never be too informed when it comes to your health! I would also mention Lauren who has been extremely responsive to my emails. I love their team, their vision, and the office itself! Thank you, Nuvo Physio!

Jennifer, Karina, and the entire team at Nuvo Physio — including their wonderful receptionist Lauren — are absolute gems. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and their level of knowledge and expertise is top tier. Jennifer, in particular, is truly the best at what she does. Both my partner and I feel more prepared and empowered for our birth journey thanks to her support and guidance.
