The staff at the front desk was polite, but the actual treatment was not effective. The therapist gave minimal explanations and rushed through the exercises, leaving me unsure if I was doing them correctly. I had to repeatedly ask questions just to understand the purpose of the treatment. For the amount charged per session, I expected more guidance, structure, and care.
