Went in to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the guy was very nice got my screen replaced, had another problem with my phone and he was determined to find the issues in wich he did find. I do recommend this spot it’s cheap and great customer service. Thank you!!

Do not take your phone here. I took my phone in to replace the front screen, the back screen, both cameras, and the battery. And now my phone is so glitchy and my screen doesn’t want to work. On top of they didn’t even replace my front camera, then tried to charge me more when I brought it up. I’ve been using my phone for all of five minutes, and it’s so hot. I’m going back tomorrow to demand refund. Now my battery health and charging says unknown parts.

Brought in my iPhone 14 Plus to have it’s cracked screen replaced. They had good prices and good reviews but when I had my screen replaced the touch screen did not work properly. Ok top of that it took an hour and a half for the repair to even begin because they were waiting on a part when I was told the part would get there before I arrived and reassured several times that it was only minutes away. I took my phone back to get it fixed and they replaced the screen again but again the touch screen had issues and did not work properly. I called to talk to an owner to get it fixed and they reassured me I would receive a call back to fix my phone and I never got a call back. I have tried calling numerous times and they never answered their phone. I have hope they can make this right and hopefully did not permanently damage my phone but they have shown no urgency to fix this. My phone is worse off than when I brought it in and I paid $200. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth and it’s incredibly unprofessional the amount of times I’ve been told I would receive a phone call and just been ghosted.

Amazing service! Came in with a broken phone and came out with a great experience! Carlos helped me fix up my iPhone 11 after being dropped from the balcony of my house and now it’s like new. :)
