Unprofessional and wasted my time. They came did an estimate. It was pricey but I wanted it done right so I figured it would be worth it. So then I got it scheduled for them to come. I waited and waited the day they were supposed to come and they didn’t. I called and called and they didn’t get back to me until an hour and a half later (through text). Saying there was an emergency and they couldn’t reschedule until next week. Then they called me later that afternoon and explained that they don’t normally do the job i needed them to do. As if they were doing me a favor. They should have been honest from the beginning if that was true. I totally understand emergencies but also there could have been better customer service. Waste of time and they were very pricey. Oh and one of the reviews on here I noticed is from someone who works there. Interesting… beware.

They have done an excellent repairing and painting job on both the interior and exterior of my home. Very helpful in assisting us seniors moving heavy furnitures and appliances out of their painting path. Communication went very well between supervisor and myself that resulted in a job well done. I would recommend this company without hesitation to friends and relatives any day. To start with, I chose Oahu Pro Painters is because Karl did a great job of detailed listing of the job scope both of the interior and exterior of the house which the other companies did not.

From the estimate appointment to the final wrap up, everyone I encountered at Oahu Pro Painters was friendly, professional, and on time. We had a 10 day window of time available to have the exterior of our house and trim and interior and exterior of our out-building painted. We also had 2 day's worth of carpentry repair on rotted wood to have repaired. They were able to fit our job into their schedule to accommodate our time constraints. Tony gave a concise and thorough estimate. Justin, Don, and Donovan came every day and worked through the rain and wind as best they could. John replaced all the rotten wood and rebuilt our side railing. Sheree at the office was available to answer all my questions and make sure the payments were taken care of. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Quality of paint job, professionalism and value of the work were excellent. Appreciated Don for his honesty and giving me the straight scoop on what was going on. Crew was very thorough in making sure that the work was done completely to my satisfaction. I would have rated this company 5 stars, except for the responsiveness to my calls and/or texts were not always to my satisfaction.

The crew was professional and amazing. The did a throughout job and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Made sure I was happy with the job. Persistently asked me to check their work and let them know if anything needed to be fixed. Then they quickly took care of it. Even changed a color I didn't care for. My original communication with the company was inconsistent but that might have been due to their change in corporate affiliation. They did follow-up to my questions. Also was impressed how the owner checked in with the crew chief daily. House looks fantastic. Mahalo Oahu Pro Painters.
