As soon as we walked in, we were greeted very warmly by a lovely female staff member. She asked us what we were looking for and explained what they had in stock. She even sat down with us and showed us how a luxury touchscreen sofa worked. My partner and I are in the last stages of purchasing a property. We have found some sofas we are interested in and will definitely be back for another viewing.

Dreadfully disappointed today. Brought a beautiful Shay sideboard. 10 days to wait its arrival. But it has come and uncovering the packaging, and it is damaged badly. This is the second item I have purchased and exactly the same thing the first time with the other piece! I have to box it all again while I wait for the outcome for them to judge if it is returnable or not. You would not expect this with the prices you pay for quality furniture that each piece arrives damaged? Meanwhile the home is upside down with a huge box in the centre of the lounge awaiting a hopeful exchange. Unfortunately, this puts me off ever buying from this company again - shame when they have beautiful items.
