I've been looking for a top notch eye doctor because I have a very difficult prescription to fill. When Dr. Tybor entered the room I was shocked at how young he looks. About 10 minutes into the appointment I was amazed at his level of knowledge and I apologized for judging him prematurely. He told me that his father practiced for 42 years at his grandfather was also an eye doctor. I've been wearing glasses for 42 years myself and I can tell you especially in today's day and age that's it's incredibly rare to find someone as good as he is. God bless Oak Hill Eye Care and Dr.Tybor and his staff.

Dr Tybor was very thorough and explained the results of my eye exam in a way that I could understand. He was professional and friendly and open to my questions. Staff were also friendly and took care of my needs in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend Dr Tybor.

Wonderful doctors and techs as well as friendly and welcoming office staff. It’s a family affair and I have been going here with my kids for years. I am forever grateful to Dr. Tybor for detecting my son’s enlarged optic nerve which indicated other underlying health issues that we then addressed. Thank you Oak Hill Eye Care!

We have been seeing Dr. David Tybor for 30 years. We are now seeing Dr John Tybor since David has retired. We have ALWAYS received excellent, caring care. We highly recommend them. On my most recent visit (Nov 2025), Lupita in the glasses department helped me with the selection and fitting of three pairs of glasses. She is fantastic! She recommended some brands of lenses that really helped me. And when the glasses arrived she was very professional, helpful and caring, to ensure the glasses worked well for me and fit properly. Everyone at this office is great and we appreciate them all!

I'd like to share a glowing review for Dr. John Tybor and the entire team at this practice! Our little family of 3 (my husband, our 11-year-old daughter, and I) see Dr. John Tybor, and in every visit, he has been nothing out of extraordinary! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and truly the best eye doctor we've ever worked with. Most recently, he helped our daughter transitioned from glasses to contact lenses, and we had the most wonderful experience with him, as well as Ryleah, their contact lens specialist. Ryleah was unbelievably patient and spent nearly two+ hours working with our daughter, teaching her how to handle her lenses with so much kindness and compassion. The attention to detail and professionalism were simply outstanding. In short, we have only wonderful words for Dr. John Tybor and his entire team, and can't recommend them enough!!!!
