First time getting a brushless wash and I am very disappointed. The tires still look filthy and it doesn’t look like they were shined at all. I went back to express my disappointment and was basically met with an “it is what it is attitude” and told I could pay more to have it cleaned more thoroughly. This cost $15 plus (undeserved) tip and didn’t include wet towels to clean the inside or vacuum which they charge extra for as well. Total waste of money. I won’t be returning. I get a much better clean and more value with regular car wash at WOW.

I went here and used the self service and swiped my credit card. When I finished it showed that I was going to be charge 4.75 cents. I just reviewed my credit card statement and was charged 10 dollars. They don't provide a receipt so I have no proof but I can assure you that I was overcharged. I'm not trying to get my money back but just want others to know what I encountered. Definitely suspicious.

The vacuum lasts for 60 seconds. You can not add coins to add time while the vacuum is running. This place is a waste of time and mental peace.
