If I could leave low stars, I would horrible customer service. I placed an order 2 days in advance Got quoted from my order did everything said they would deliver didn’t contact me none on the delivery day once I contacted them four times they didn’t start ignoring my calls telling me they were on their way in 30 minutes never on their way just leading me on Ruining my whole party do not order from them. I repeat do not order from them.

These folks caused my wife and I a ton of stress by showing up an hour late to drop off the canopy, tables and chairs for my daughters birthday party. This made it so we were still trying to decorate as guests arrived. They even refused to help us set up the chairs, saying "we don't do that, we just drop off." I left multiple messages and still no one has called to explain or be accountable for being late. Very unprofessional and can't be trusted. Use this place at your own risk. I won't ever again.

I had a great exeperience. I got table clothes and balloons from them. They delivered on time and the table clothes were clean and not wrinkled. Great prices.

Will never use them again. Bad experience. I called Thursday to set aside tables and chairs for a party Saturday. She took my info, quoted me and said items would be delivered Saturday between 11 and 12. Saturday 12pm comes and no delivery. I called to see what the status was and she tells me she does NOT HAVE MY ORDER! My party started at 2pm. Can you imagine my panic?? So she rifles through her paperwork and after maybe 5 minutes she finds my info and tells me she forgot to put the order in. My heart dropped. So then she offers to deliver the items herself (because they were backed up) before 1pm. Delivery was made at 1:30pm. Thankfully I had help to quickly get things set up enough before most guests arrived. The tables were in very bad condition, they need to be tossed and replaced. I was told they would pick up the items following day...that was not done. I had to call Monday afternoon to find out when they were picking up their items and they came an hour after that. Unreliable service.

Super sweet and great service, we have used them for two parties now. They were on time and their prices are great. Only downside was that their jumper had a small whole in it, so half way through the party the jumper fell over and was unusable completely. But i understand that things like that happen, thanks again!
