OC Dance is a great place to learn your basics for salsa & bachata. They have many classes to choose from. Val is a great instructor and she really breaks things down in its simplest form. I highly recommend m, if you want to learn Salsa & Bachata! No partner needed, but it helps if you bring a friend to learn and you’ll have a lot of fun!

I started going here after I learned I had a health issue, my doctor recommended this place to help manage my symptoms the natural way and I never thought it would be so much fun! I have been coming here for a while now not just to manage my health but also found myself coming out of my shell, making new friends but also learning how to dance in the process. I am super thankful to have found this dance studio and be alive today. So if you’re looking for a place to learn how to dance salsa/bachata and help destress this is it!

I’ve been going to oc dance for a little over a year now, and I’m truly grateful to Val and Rosta guidance in my dance journey. They’re seasoned teachers with insightful and powerful input that greatly enrich one’s knowledge. Also, it’s one of the few studios whose teacher can properly teach Latin, Smooth, and Rhythm with excellent technique. Val has taught me how to efficiently use my body in order to become a dancer who actually connects with their partner in some of the most magical experiences in the dancefloor!

OC Dance Studio has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. Moving to a new city and needing to explore my surroundings and make friends, I realized this was also my opportunity to explore myself. I started with private lessons from Rosta. Val quickly joined in to coach and direct me on all aspects of the competitive ballroom world. I joined the evening classes to familiarize myself with all styles of dance. I have found my joy. The OC Dance Studio did a phenomenal job preparing us for our wedding dances, couple, father daughter, and mother son. I appreciated their patience with us learning the steps. And by us, it definitely was me who needed the extra attention. Thank you for the beautiful moments.
