The concept of this place is great. It’s the staffing that’s an issue or lack there of. Walked in during a weekday and there was no one to be found multiple times. Walked around the whole place and couldn’t find a soul. Waited 5 min and finally a younger male came out from the kitchen to get something and noticed me there and told me to give him a couple minutes as he’s getting caught up. More waiting ? Nice. He saw I was noticeably bothered and came back a few minutes later with a young lady from the office. She was super sweet and attentive but it’s the waiting and disappearing that was frustrating to me. I’ve been in customer service for over 14 years and one very important thing is how your guests are greeted in your establishment. Is it warm? Welcoming? Were they acknowledged? Here it’s non existent, you have to hunt down the 2 people that are on staff because once they’ve helped you they disappear again. My food was delivered and of course it didn’t come out as ordered, so I waited for someone to check back after a minute or 2 which you should do to make sure everything is correct or if anything is needed. Not a person in sight for over 5 minutes as my food is getting cold. Finally made my way into the kitchen, to the back office, to ask for help because no one was in the outside office and no one was out on the floor. The look on their faces when they saw me in the kitchen was shock and disbelief. Maybe if someone was at the front to help assist ppl I wouldn’t have to come find you. Then when it really started getting busy there were multiple families 3-4 in need of assistance and forget about it , you had to wait 5-10 minutes to talk to the 1 female on staff. Again, she was very sweet and friendly but that doesn’t outweigh the lack of staffing, the disappearing acts, and the constant waiting around for assistance. Which none of this is her fault except for disappearing acts. Cleanliness is horrendous. You can see gunk and black dirt piled up on machines and that the place hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time, probably since COVID. There’s no hand sanitizer dispensers anywhere and the last thing you want is to catch a cold or your family to catch a cold from a place like that. Toilets were nasty and 2 stalls didn’t have toilet paper. Also the smell is enough to want to make you barf. Drinks and food were subpar. In comparison to other arcades and trampoline parks we’ve been to this was dead last. Safe to say we won’t be coming back. Takeaways -Hire more staff, increase pay for better retention -Deep clean facility -Add hand sanitizer dispensers or refill occasionally if there’s any onsite -Clean bathrooms or have a rotation to check throughout the day -Send maintenance for out of order machines -Have someone at the front at all times for greetings and for immediate assistance
Wonderful experience overall! Highly recommend birthday package here. Food was big for what we paid, everyone went home with leftovers. And I cannot speak highly enough about our dedicated party attendant, Chris. He was prompt with the refills, food, supplies, and super kind in making sure we could focus on our birthday boy knowing he was taking care of the rest. We'll be back!!
Pretty big place, it has things for kids and adults as well. I was surprised to see a bar kind of style in the place. Not really my style of it is a kid place. But overall it was great. The party rooms are great, we had birthday party and the attention was great. The only thing, I would recommend to have more personnel taking care the section for birthdays check in. We waited 16 minutes just to get the socks and badge.
The staff here is very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Kid and toddler friendly and looks to be pretty clean. There are arcade areas, trampoline areas, mini obstacle course, and a food court as well as prizes. There's also an area for toddlers. There's screens with games while jumping as well as sports areas. The equipment looks like I can use a freshening up. Some are tearing apart and others look grungy. Been in their restrooms twice and toilets are always clogged or full. 😬 On the pricey side. They have solo play and memberships. You think you're getting a deal with the memberships, but you're locked into two months and an activation fee (in small print below the menu). Overall, a good place to take your kids to run and play if cost isn't an issue.
We had such an amazing experience at Off The Wall in Kendall! From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Thalia was absolutely incredible—extremely kind, attentive, and thoughtful with every detail. Her service went above and beyond, making sure we felt taken care of the entire time. Truly a 5-star experience that we will definitely recommend to friends and family! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
