This was my fourth time visiting MegaJump Doral, but my first time hosting an event there and it exceeded all expectations! I celebrated my son’s birthday, and it was definitely the best decision. The facilities are always clean, well organized, and perfect for kids. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and everything turned out amazing. I will definitely continue coming back and highly recommend them for any event!

The place has poor customer service, is not very clean, and don't even think about bringing your own socks to get around their policy—they don't allow it; you simply have to buy theirs.
