This was my first visit. The young lady that helped me was very nice. I don't know much about printing from my phone, so she helped me. I offered to tip her, but she refused the tip. I don't think that's right. i'm a senior and when we don't know something and the younger ones help us, they should be compensated. That's not favoritism. That's appreciation. This rule needs to be appealed. I will always take my copy/printing work to this location and refer others.

5 stars Phoenix is awesome! I came into the OfficeMax on Basse Road needing help, and Phoenix went above and beyond. Super professional, fast, and genuinely kind. He made the whole process smooth and easy. Honestly, he deserves a raise — employees like him are the reason people come back. Give that man a promotion!
