It’s been my third time getting my oil change here , the Guys that work here are very friendly and helpful letting me know what my car needs and what my car will need soon.
Huge shoutout to Todd at my oil change spot! He was super friendly, honest, and fast. He explained everything clearly and made sure my car was good to go before I left. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Definitely coming back because of the great service Todd gave me!
Wait for the one car ahead of us seemed alot longer than normal, but once we finally got in the staff was super efficient and friendly. It's my go to place for oil changes and the 25. off coupon for my full synthetic change was very helpful!
Great place! Took our dually diesel here and they did a fantastic job. Very very conscientious company. Visiting from Florida and after a cross-country trip decided it would be prudent to get an oil change in our truck. The reviews do not lie. This place is great.
I just left a very good review 4 weeks ago. But today, 07/19, Saturday was very, very frustrating. First, after starting the car, it began vibrating, i called the attendants attention, and I was told that if it would continue, bring it back to them. Okay. But then, while driving the car back home, I just noticed that the check engine was on. So I decided to turn around and tell them, but I was just told that the check engine doesn't have to do with the change oil, but I told them it was not on before the service. The guy told me to bring it to ORileys to have them check because they don't do that there, and there is nothing they can do. Okay, I don't want to continue arguing because I need to go somewhere. Then I was gasing up my car when I noticed that a cover underneath was not screwed properly. So I have to take it out myself using my bare hands. It was very frustrating because I had just given them a 5 star 4 weeks ago, but now I could not believe how terrible the service given to me by this Saturday team. I paid good money to get a good service, but now I am having 2nd thoughts of bringing my other car back for transmission service tomorrow, Sunday, 07/21/25 and coolant service after a week. I will tell my family and friends to give it a second thought if they want their car serviced by Oil changer in this location or any other location. I'm sorry, but I am very frustrated. I just lost trust and confidence with them.
