Came tonight with my husband and daughters. From the start the server seemed short with us slightly annoyed. She got our drink order, apps and entrée order all at the same time. I placed my daughter's order then mine, and my husband ordered his. She gets our drinks to us. Then we dont see her until the food comes out. App, kids meals and my husband's. My food is no where insight. I figured it was due to the other food and would come out right after. Nope my food never came. The server never checked on us. So we couldn't even ask about my entrée. It wasn't until another server came up (about 20 minutes after server one brought out the food) and asked us if she could do anything. That's when we asked about my food. 10 more minutes pass by and my husband gets up to go find a manager or someone who can get us the check so we can leave. At this point I don't want my entrée anymore. About 5 minutes after that server one returns and asks is everything alright. When we tell her my food never came she is "shocked" also one of my daughter's sides never came out. She ask if i want to take the food to go. No I just want to leave. We again ask for the check so we can just leave. Sever one I guess goes and gets her manager. Manager comes by ask what I ordered and I tell her and she says it was one adult plate and 2 kids plates that were put in. Had sever one did her job and came to check in she would have realized her mistake. The manager also told us that server one was covering the table for someone else who left early. Why that information was given I don't know. Seeing as how I ordered my food before my husband ordered his and he got his food but I never got mine. Manager comped the meal. Which we didn't ask for. We were more than willing to pay for the food that was ordered and eaten. We usually bring our girls here because they love it. However we will just find some where else to take them from now on. Food was a 2 because my husband asked for light sauce on his plate and it had extra sauce on it. Probably due to the server ones sloppyness.

I'm not sure where to start. SOME of the wait staff were very odd. My friend and I went 12/27...i got there and my friend said she was in the bathroom so I told the hostess oh she's in the bathroom that girl looked at my like I was a damn alien with green tentacles coming out of my face. We'll apparently my friend was at the wrong location cool ok so she gets there and we go to the hostess and I joked to the same girl she was at the wrong location...same look. Ok move on to sitting at the biggest table they had (we are 2 people mind you) so we get sat with Alicia and I joked cool we have the same name. Again I get looked at like I'm that green alien with the tentacles....she then proceeded to badger us every like minute and half about drinks or apps so we just picked something she recommended which was fine. Literally less than 2 mins later she's back hounding us about entrées. My friend and I had not seen each other in like a year so we were chatting which apparently isn't allowed at a restaurant anymore. Food came out a few mins later she's asking questions which is fine thats her job. But like every 2 mins she was hovering around and asking if things are good taking plates what not. So olive garden is n known for unlimited breadsticks and salad were 2 people and she would only do 3 breadsticks for 2 people and would take forever to bring more it was just very odd the table behind us had a guy waiter and had a whole different experience. It was like she didn't want to be there...then they started dragging tables thru the area. Why not 2 people carrying I don't know. But dragging. Idk it was just a very strange experience..good luck if you know and hopefully you won't be a green faced tentacle alien...

New OG and absolutely amazing service in a beautifully appointed interior. Me and my bestie were treated with hospitality and our order was perfectly crafted. I really appreciate the courteous service from the kitchen manager and the sweet gal that prepared our to go order. We will definitely return to this location as opposed to the others in town.

This was a pretty awful experience. 400 on a Thursday afternoon, the place is really pretty empty. That did mean we were sat immediately, and our server came right over. We ordered calamari appetiser, and two build your own pastas. We also got an eggplant parm to go. The breadsticks were really, really salty. And one dish, with Italian sausage, that sausage was also really really salty. My rotini was crunchy. Not uncooked tough crunchy, but cooked and left to dry out. Awful. Server asked us, at one point, if we wanted more salad, and we said no, as we had plenty there. So he picked up what was left! Um... you mean "Do you want me to take this?" Three entrees, one appetiser, and only water to drink, $62. $62? The what? I know the attraction is the limitless salad and breadsticks, but they're like salt licks. The salad was fine, doused in some kind of totally flavourless dressing. I'd guess water? Anyway, we went because daughter wanted to go. I won't ever go back. I don't need to, I have salty sausage I couldn't eat in my fridge.

Exceptional service by waitress Karen H. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" and unlimited salad. Both the pasta was delicious and our salad was crisp and fresh. Olive Garden's brand new location in Garland TX! We'll be back. 💯
