What’s the point of “good services” if the people that work in that place are iffy. This is the spot I used to take my dog for her grooming. They care more about the money coming in than providing actual good services for your pet and yourself. I’m gonna look for a different grooming place, I don’t care who they serve politically, but I will not take my pet to a place where workers let a certain party (R) bully and harass someone who doesn’t fit the belief they live in. I will look for a place where the workers treat my dog and myself with the respect we deserve as living beings.
I absolutely love Olly’s dog grooming . I drive all the way from Hayward to come here . My dog doesn’t really trust people but loves coming to Olly’s for a groom . Olly’s take care of everything in my pup , he comes home smelling so good - I can’t stop hugging and smelling my dog because it’s so great . I appreciate that they don’t let people inside while other dogs get groomed because this helps a lot of dogs deal with their anxiety as getting groomed is already a stressful situation for a lot of our pups .
*update* after reaching out to the company via Instagram. Victor was amazing with his customer service. He apologized for the miscommunication and mishap. And took care of me and my dog himself. Providing one of the most exceptional grooming services that I've ever experienced. I feel Victor will now forever be my groomer for my dog! I was unable to experience grooming services here due to an extremely unprofessional encounter over the phone. When I called to inquire about same-day availability, I was met with rudeness from the associate I spoke with. After asking if there were any openings, the groomer rudely responded with snarky remarks, asking how soon I could arrive. When I tried to clarify by asking for the next available appointment, she laughed and repeated her question in a condescending tone. I explained that I needed an appointment time to plan accordingly, but her tone remained dismissive. When I expressed frustration and decided to take my business elsewhere, she abruptly cut me off, sarcastically said, 'Great, have a good day,' and hung up. If this is the level of professionalism shown during a first interaction, I can only imagine how poorly customer service might be handled during the grooming process. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable entrusting my pet to this establishment.
I've taken my pup to several groomers and have never quite got exactly what I was looking for. I brought her in today and I believe the groomer was Alina? Sorry if that's not quite right. Anyway the pup looks good, smells good and came out perfectly happy after the experience. She is afraid of the air blower so she takes a little patience and I'm so thrilled to see her looking so good! Thank you!
The team at Olly's took great care of my puppy! It was her first time getting her ears cleaned, teeth brushed, and nails trimmed, and they did a fantastic job even though she's a ball of energy! I'm so impressed! She is so soft and smells great.
