Beautiful venue. The only challenge was the lack of signage out front, and the address on the tickets showed 5214 while the building itself is 5216. We ended up walking into the hotel, and the receptionist kindly guided us in the right direction. The singer and band performed wonderfully, and the drinks were delicious. The indoor rooftop area was absolutely beautiful and warm. It was a dark, rainy night, and I even had to take my jacket off because it got a little too warm. The large windows overlooking the city lights were stunning. Overall, we really enjoyed the event, and it looked like everyone else did too.

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding experience at Olympic Rooftop Pavilion with our 90 guests. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and the team behind it are true professionals. From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly—the catering, coordination with our vendors, and the overall flow of the day. Our guests are still raving that it was the best food, wine, and cocktails they’ve ever had at a wedding. Special thanks to Elisabeth, who made the planning and booking process effortless, and to Dominique, who flawlessly managed the day-of details for Stoneburner and took such great care of us. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend this venue enough!

We had the best time having our wedding here. It was a 100 person wedding and the space was perfect for that, honestly could have fit more on the deck too. The ceremony felt super intimate, cocktails and apps in the hotel lobby was so much fun, and the kings tables for dinner made it feel like the best dinner party of my life! It was so nice having the hotel right here too, we had a lot of out of town guests and it made it so convenient for everyone. They removed the end tables for the dance so the dance floor was actually quite large which I appreciated. The space is so beautiful and the views are incredible. I watched the sunset over the Olympics during the middle of our dance and it just felt like a dream. The Stoneburner and Olympic Rooftop Pavillion teams really have this dialed it. I am a very type A person, and I felt like the planning process was so stress free and really allowed me to enjoy all aspects of my wedding. They have all the details figured out for you, all you have to do is fill out their (very) detailed planning form… this took us about an hour, and your day/vision will magically come to life perfectly and no hiccups along the way. Dominique and Elisabeth are both so easy to work with and anticipated our needs before we even knew what we needed. They gave input when we picked too much food which we really appreciated. They catered to the 16 kids we had, setting up high chairs for them, bringing them an early snack during dinner so they wouldn’t have tantrums, and even grabbed milk from the kitchen for the littlest ones. They checked in with all our guests who had allergies and made sure everyone was well fed. The service here is top of the line. And I got so many compliments on the food. Most of our guests said it’s the best wedding food they have ever had! Thanks so much Olympic Rooftop Pavillion and Stoneburner staff for making our day feel magical. It was truly the best night ever.

They were a great venue and provided the perfect vibe and fit for about 70 guests. Food was outstanding, desserts were great, the service was phenomenal, especially by Dominique and her staff. The sales manager was a bit difficult to reach at times and could have been easier to work with. But the service by the day of staff like Dominique warrants a 5 star review.

Perfect wedding venue! We hosted our 65 person wedding here and could not recommend more. Every single person at the venue is incredible - Elisabeth, the venue manager who we worked with up until the day, is extremely organized, communicative, and detail oriented. The day-of manager, Dominique, is gracious, attentive, and FUN! The entire staff took care of our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests about the incredible service. Additionally, the food and drinks are top notch. The vibe is very dinner party. So thrilled to have had our wedding here and can't thank the crew enough!!
