O'Lyn Roofing did a fine job with our new roof. I appreciate that someone answered the phone and was available to discuss the leak right away. Jake Becker came to the house and assessed the situation. He carefully explained the process and answered all questions. Dan Essay supervised the very efficient crew. He addressed all of my questions and went the extra mile to make it a smooth and complete process. I would definitely recommend O'Lyn Roofing.

Top notch firm, very professional and excellent workmanship. We were long overdue for a new roof. In the vetting process, we were highly impressed with O’Lyn Roofing from very start. Shawn, the sales manager was very pleasant, highly knowledgeable and courteous- never felt pressured. The transfer of information from initial assessment to start of job was smooth. Dan, the manager on site was at our house reliably each day at 7:30am supervising and was available for questions at anytime. The roofers were efficient, and just dug right in despite the cold temperatures. It was amazing to see. They were very respectful of the property and did excellent clean up, which we appreciate. Sometimes you need to see excellence to know excellence- O’Lyn Roofing exceeded our expectations and espoused confidence and excellence at every step along the way. Our neighbor complimented our new roof straight away and was amazed how quickly O’Lyn worked. They are very honest and work at a level not often seen. We love our new roof, it elevates the appearance of our house, - more importantly we can feel at ease knowing that it is great quality and that the firm stands behind their work.

We've worked with O'lyn twice over several years. We have a large Victorian house that's over 120 years old with a slate roof in Brookline. O'lyn was responsive and gave us a comprehensive quote quickly. The price felt high, so we shopped around. We could not find a significantly lower price or a company who felt was more reliable. When hired, they did the work in the time frame they said they would. They found another issue while working that raised the price quite a bit. After considering the alternatives, we approved it. At the end of the day, we spent a lot and had comprehensive quality work done. Several months later in the cold weather we had a gutter leak that caused ice on the front steps. We texted Michael on a Sunday and he was at our house on his ladder clearing a gutter on Monday. That kind of response and reliability, though initially pricey, is worthy of a 5 star review. We would use them again, and probably will.

Great job overall, started as scheduled and completed new, roof, facia and gutters in two days. Large friendly crew left the yard very clean when finished. Pleasure working with John the project leader. He made sure to ask me details of gutters placement etc. Definitely would recommend to others.
